From raw data to a dialable lead.

"AI lead mining" is not a metaphor we use loosely. There is an extraction process, it runs around the clock, and every stage is built to one spec: when your closer dials, the person on the other end has the problem you solve.

01

Survey — 3,209 sources, scanned continuously

The mine watches two kinds of ground. Public-record strata: county court dockets, all 50 state UCC indexes, deed and mortgage recordings, building permits, notices of default, federal and state tax liens. Intent strata: our own response funnels, search and social campaigns, credit-trigger programs and partner data feeds. Each industry vein has a survey map of exactly which sources produce its buying signal.

02

Drill — custom AI rigs per vein

A rig is an extraction model tuned to one signal: a fresh UCC-1 means a business that borrows; a new-build closing means a family about to spend on fences, blinds and solar; a levy notice means a taxpayer who needs resolution this month. Rigs pull the raw records the moment they appear — most within hours of filing.

03

Refine — append, scrub, score

Raw records aren't leads. The refinery runs a contact-append waterfall across three data vendors to attach verified cell phones and emails, dedupes against everything sold in the last 90 days, scrubs DNC and known-litigator lists, and verifies consent artifacts on generated leads. Then the scoring model grades every record 0–100 on the factors that predict conversion in that vertical.

04

Deliver — self-serve, in real time

Refined leads land in the vault, tagged with every filterable attribute. You log into the portal, pick a vein, set your filters — state, score floor, recency, exclusivity, anything the vein supports — and the live count and price update as you move the sliders. Check out online; leads hit your dashboard instantly as CSV and can post to your CRM by webhook.
